Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with experience in facilities management.
• 2–3 years of facilities management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; FMP or CFM preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and present information; MS Office & BI tools.
• Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, CMMS, Smartsheet, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Work Orders and Emergency Response: manage WO statuses, respond to emergencies within 4 hours, 24/7 on-call.
• Direct Vendor & Financial Management: oversee vendor relationships, quotes, budgets, and repair vs. replace decisions.
• Cultivate Customer & Stakeholder Relations: build trust with stakeholders and own escalations.
• Conduct Portfolio Asset Management & Site Assessments: perform site data collection, manage PM program, maintain asset inventory.
• Maintain Operational Organization & Strategic Planning: organize emails, approvals, and quotes, align operations with goals.
