Job summary

EMCOR Group seeks an experienced Facility Manager to lead all activities within the EMCOR Facilities Services scope at the site. You will manage CMMS-driven work, drive safety culture and ensure KPI targets are achieved, while coordinating with maintenance personnel and subcontractors.

You will participate in customer meetings, develop relationships with client contacts and deliver site performance presentations. Strong leadership and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities management.
• 7–10 years of facilities management and team leadership experience.
• OSHA 10/30 card required; professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate work through CMMS; meet SLA/KPI targets.
• Lead client meetings, build relationships and present site performance.
• Manage safety programs, toolbox talks and subcontractor reviews.
• Oversee small projects, proposals and scope of work documents.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and client standards.
