Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. seeks a skilled Facility Manager to plan, direct and coordinate all site activities within the EMCOR scope, ensuring tasks are tracked in CMMS and aligned with client KPIs.

You will lead maintenance teams and subcontractors, drive safety culture, manage financial metrics, and participate in client meetings, delivering performance reports and improvement plans across mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in facilities management and team leadership.
• OSHA 10 or 30 hour certification; FMP/CFM/SFP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate work through CMMS; oversee safe execution and documentation.
• Lead client meetings to understand priorities and present performance improvements.
• Manage safety programs, toolbox talks and subcontractor performance reviews.
• Oversee budgeting, KPIs and cost control for the site.
• Foster a strong safety and operating culture within the EMCOR team.
