Responsibilities

• Implement and manage an effective maintenance management strategy.
• Organize workload for daily activities, emergencies, and projects; meet KPIs.
• Manage financials including billing, expenses, POs, budgets, and forecasting.
• Ensure facility adherence to industry standards and compliance checks.
• Identify deficiencies via inspections/audits and communicate status to Customer.
• Lead cost-reduction projects and improve quality through facilities engineering know-how.
• Promote safety and environmental health through practices and controls.
• Develop associates and maintain positive Customer relations; coordinate vendor presence on site.
