Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Facility Manager to lead site operations, safety programs, and CMMS-driven maintenance. You will coordinate maintenance teams, manage budgets, drive KPI performance, and report to the client and EMCOR leadership.

You will plan and schedule work through the CMMS, conduct safety meetings, review contractor performance, and develop action plans to improve reliability, cost efficiency, and service quality at the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of facilities management and team leadership experience.
• OSHA 10/30 card required; professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate work via CMMS; lead DMP meetings and meet SLA/KPI targets.
• Build client relationships, understand priorities and drive cost-effective improvements.
• Lead safety initiatives, provide training, and manage on-site subcontractors.
• Manage projects, scope of work, and punch items with corporate teams.
• Monitor site KPIs and present performance to internal and client audiences.
