Job summary

EMCOR Facilities Services is seeking a Facility Manager to lead operations across client locations and ensure safe, reliable service. The role requires extensive travel and strong business acumen to manage performance and customer relationships.

You will oversee maintenance, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with site teams and vendors to meet contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business, construction management, or related field.
• Progressively responsible experience in facilities management and maintenance operations.
• Experience managing facility operations, budgets, and customer relationships.
• Ability to travel extensively to support facilities across the organization.
• OSHA 10-hour certification required; OSHA 30-hour preferred.
• Professional certifications such as FMP, CFM, SFP, IFMA, LEED preferred.
• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of facility operations across assigned sites to ensure safe, reliable service.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasting, POs, invoicing, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and environmental standards.
• Drive safety programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop facility staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
