Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years' facilities management experience.
• Participation in a recognized professional association (e.g. IFMA).
• Certified in Facilities Management and IFMA designation as Certified Facility Manager is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions.
• Knowledge of computers.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all building rules approved by the employer.
• Report complaints to the manager when not solvable within the Superintendent’s duties.
• Coordinate audits of outside contractors and provide reports to management.
• Conduct unit inspections pre- and post-move, coordinate repairs and security deposits.
• Show units to prospective tenants as needed.
• Coordinate all moves in or out of the property.
• Procure tools, supplies, and equipment for property upkeep.
• Perform minor non-structural maintenance as safety permits.
• Assist with lease preparation and amendments.
