• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and technical leadership for building operations and maintenance.
• Manage engineering staff in collaboration with the Property Manager and site leadership.
• Develop and manage annual capital and operating budgets for the building portfolio.
• Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance and oversee safety programs.
• Coordinate vendor selection, procurement, and lifecycle maintenance of equipment.
• Prepare monthly reports and communicate performance to stakeholders.
• Respond to tenant issues promptly and maintain high service levels.
