Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required plus seven years in a related field; three years supervisory experience.
• One additional year of education can substitute for one year of experience, up to three years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise skilled trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and custodial staff.
• Respond to occupant needs and ensure issues are resolved by staff.
• Develop, control, and monitor annual operating and capital budgets; forecast plans and prepare monthly reports.
• Inspect properties and approve alterations, maintenance, and reconditioning.
• Contract for and supervise vendor services and ensure SLAs are met.
• Serve as primary SPOC with departments and senior management.
• Conduct risk assessments and enforce safety compliance; promote safety culture.
• Coordinate activities with other divisions to ensure cohesive operations.
