Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus four years of related experience in facility maintenance or management.
• Experience leading custodial teams and project initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing maintenance and operations of City facilities and property.
• Develop and monitor service metrics and staffing levels.
• Oversee safety programs and compliance with environmental requirements.
• Prepare budgets and financial reports; monitor expenditures.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
