Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; seven years in a related field with three in supervision.
• Experience in facilities or property management preferred, municipal environment a plus.
• Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and vendor management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of a property or portfolio, ensuring compliance with COA and facilities policies.
• Supervise skilled craft and support staff, and manage vendor services.
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets; forecast management plans and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinate with SPOCs and senior management; foster safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Conduct periodic property inspections and approve alterations or maintenance as needed.
• Monitor program effectiveness and efficiency; plan short- and long-range initiatives.
• Collaborate with other divisions and sections to align goals.
• Develop and implement procedures for smooth operation and service delivery.
