Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Roanoke, TX is seeking a Facility Manager to lead the delivery of on-site facility management services for our client operations, ensuring compliance and high-quality service.

You will oversee hard and soft services, manage budgets, supervise staff, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and coordinate space moves, vendor performance, and safety inspections in a dynamic team environment. On-site work with a 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of facility management experience in corporate environments, third-party service providers, or consulting.
• Strong organizational and management skills with proven ability to oversee multiple facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills with ability to matrix manage both technical and administrative staff.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative programs that reduce operating costs and increase productivity.
• Experience supervising vendor performance during normal and off-hours, including weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of facility management services for client operations.
• Monitor SLAs monthly and plan corrective actions to meet KPIs.
• Conduct weekly and monthly safety and vendor inspections per codes and standards.
• Manage work orders for in-house staff and vendors; coordinate soft services.
• Oversee space management and moves to support client operations.
• Develop capital and expense budgets and report variances monthly.
• Lead staff development, planning, and performance management.
