Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships to meet service levels.
• Oversee portfolio facilities operations and compliance with policies.
• Lead vendor performance and procurement coordination.
• Prepare and analyze annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Lead and develop the facilities team; provide onboarding and training.
• Support moves, changes, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
