Job summary

JLL is hiring a Facility Manager for our Roanoke, TX on-site team. You will lead comprehensive facility management services, ensuring safe, compliant operations and high client satisfaction.

You will oversee hard and soft services, manage budgets, and drive efficiency through process improvements. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in corporate facility management, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with CMMS, MS Office, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of facility management experience in corporate environments or consulting.
• Strong organizational and management skills with ability to oversee multiple facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of facility management services to keep client operations running smoothly.
• Monitor SLAs monthly and plan corrective actions to meet KPIs.
• Conduct safety and vendor inspections ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Manage work orders for in-house staff and vendors, coordinating soft services.
• Oversee space management and moves, adds and changes to support client operations.
• Develop and manage budgets and prepare variance reports.
• Lead staff development, planning, and performance management.
