Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee on-site operations, vendor performance, and cross-functional team leadership while leveraging AI-driven tools to optimize budgets and schedules.

You will partner with the Regional Manager and Corporate Real Estate to deliver high-quality facility management services, drive cost savings, and ensure executive-ready reporting for client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of industry experience in corporate environments, third-party service provision, or consulting.
• Strong people management and organizational skills within matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience mentoring, coaching, and developing team members across functional areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive presence and influence.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and presenting to C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support Area Manager with client projects and AI-driven planning.
• Develop programs to reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including vendors and staff.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual client reports using AI analytics.
• Manage budgets with AI forecasting and variance analysis.
• Deliver presentations to client executives and translate data into strategic recommendations.
