The role oversees maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facility management or related supervision, strong budgeting and leadership skills, and excellent communication.

Competenze

• 5+ years in facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision.
• Managerial experience with budgets and personnel responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in matrixed organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint.

Mansioni

• Supervise and direct the plant operations team and ensure maintenance, financial, CMMS, safety, and regulatory programs run efficiently.
• Track KPI/SLA performance and recommend action plans for underperforming areas.
• Provide oversight for maintenance, projects, and vendor activities supporting critical operations.
• Ensure staff are trained in approved practices and procedures related to facility maintenance.
• Create a safe work environment and enforce safety/infection control policies.
• Ensure building systems comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
