Job summary

JLL in Denver, CO is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead plant operations, supervise the facilities team, and ensure maintenance, safety, and regulatory programs are delivered efficiently.

You will manage budgets, track KPI/SLAs, coordinate projects with vendors, ensure training and a safe work environment, and maintain building systems in compliance with NFPA codes and local standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years facility management or related supervision experience.
• Managerial experience with budgets and personnel responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills in matrixed organizations; oversight of technical and administrative staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
• Experience with CMMS/Work Order systems.
• Supervise vendor performance, including after hours and weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the plant operations team to ensure efficient maintenance, safety, and regulatory programs.
• Maintain knowledge of the Master Services Agreement and amendments guiding JLL's relationship.
• Accountable for financial performance related to Facility spend and budgeting.
• Track trends and KPI/SLA performance and propose corrective actions.
• Provide oversight of maintenance projects and vendor activities for critical operations.
• Ensure staff are trained in approved practices and uphold a safe work environment.
• Ensure building systems comply with regulatory standards and life-safety codes.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
