CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead a team responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance across a portfolio of small to medium-sized facilities. You will partner with property managers to support repairs and investment plans.

The role emphasizes supervision, budget management, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and continuous improvement, with CBRE's RISE values guiding leadership and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage daily activities; establish work schedules and deadlines.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest operational improvements and upgrades.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and invoicing; review quotes for parts/services/labor.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
