Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, and performance management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and conduct performance evaluations.
• Schedule and manage daily activities; set schedules and cross-train staff.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, contractors.
• Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues.
• Prepare and manage capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports.
• Perform facility inspections and suggest operational efficiencies and upgrades.
• Manage environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
• Oversee vendor relationships and review price quotes for parts, services, and labor for projects.
• Conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
