Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Las Vegas Distribution Center to inspect, monitor, and maintain facility structures, equipment, and HVAC systems. The role involves preventive maintenance on motorized handling equipment, conveyors, and related building systems, with duties that include repairs, upgrades, and event setup.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.
• 2–3 years of practical maintenance mechanic experience.
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Background in automated process control or material handling equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment and conveyors.
• Repair and upgrade equipment and building systems as assigned.
• Maintain HVAC systems and perform custodial repairs as needed.
• Assist in setup, teardown and cleanup of company events and functions.
• Follow safety policies and loss prevention procedures.
