Job summary

Sephora seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repairs of building systems, equipment, and grounds at the Distribution Center, supervising Technicians and Sanitation staff, and coordinating with vendors and the Facilities Manager to keep operations safe and efficient. Minimum qualifications include an A.A.

degree preferred or 3+ years in facilities and maintenance supervision; HVAC, electrical knowledge, and strong communication and problem-solving skills are required;

Qualifications

• Associates of Arts (A.A.) degree preferred or 3+ years in facilities and maintenance supervision.
• Welding and/or fabrication experience a plus.
• Formal electrical/electronic, technician or mechanical millwright training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance department operations.
• Direct assessment, repair, and documentation for equipment and facility PM activities.
• Supervise Preventive and Predictive Maintenance for HVAC and material handling equipment.
