Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a seasoned Facilities Manager to direct integrated facilities management in mission-critical environments. You will coordinate tenant needs, manage services, and drive cost-effective, compliant operations in secure facilities in the Manassas/Alexandria/Arlington/DC area.

You will lead strategic projects, oversee budgets and reporting, and ensure 24/7 readiness by supervising vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of facilities management in corporate or critical environments.
• Experience with data centers, labs, or mission-critical operations.
• Strong leadership in matrixed organizations with vendors and staff.
• Excellent communication for executive stakeholders and security teams.
• Proficiency in budget forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic facility projects while ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Develop programs to reduce costs and improve reliability across systems.
• Manage capital and operating budgets with monthly reporting.
• Oversee vendor performance and after-hours contractor activities.
• Prepare tenant financial reports, billing reconciliations and Opex statements.
• Align facility operations with client objectives and security protocols.
