Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Washington, DC is hiring a Facilities Manager to lead our facilities team and oversee a regional portfolio including multiple sites across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. The role reports to the Regional Facilities Manager and focuses on delivering high-quality facility management services on a fast-paced client account.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of IFM experience, strong leadership and budgeting skills, and proven ability to coordinate with IT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of third-party commercial integrated facilities management (IFM) experience.
• Strong organizational / management, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of real estate, construction, elevators, and project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel and SharePoint.
• CMMS experience: Corrigo, 360 Facility, Maximo, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities team in Washington, D.C. and oversee the regional portfolio.
• Develop and manage capital and operating budgets; review invoices and procurement orders.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with client representatives and vendors to deliver service.
• Support the Regional Facilities Manager and Corporate Real Estate teams.
