You will coordinate with the Regional Manager and Corporate Real Estate to drive performance, vendor management, and strategic projects while ensuring security and uptime.

The role demands strong leadership, budgeting, and communications with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of facilities management experience in corporate or critical environments.
• Experience managing data centers, secure facilities, or mission-critical operations.
• Strong leadership in matrix organizations with vendor oversight.
• Excellent communication with executives and security personnel.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and CMMS with budget focus.
• Preferred: Engineering/Facilities-related degree; certifications such as CFM, FMP, or PMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic facility projects while ensuring day-to-day operations and critical infrastructure performance.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce costs, increase productivity, and enhance reliability.
• Manage budgets and report monthly/quarterly variance to ensure fiscal discipline.
• Oversee vendor performance and after-hours activities to maintain 24/7 readiness.
• Create annual management plans aligning operations with client objectives and security protocols.
