Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in the United States is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead facility operations for complex portfolios. You will supervise plant operations, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance through KPI tracking and vendor oversight.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and technical skills, with responsibility for safety, staff development, and alignment with MS Office and CMMS/Work Order systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision.
• Managerial experience with budgets and personnel responsibilities.
• Strong organizational skills in matrixed organizations; oversee technical and admin staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant operations and ensure maintenance, CMMS, safety, and regulatory compliance programs run efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of Master Services Agreement and related amendments.
• Manage operational facility spend within approved budgets.
• Track KPI/SLA trends and recommend action plans for underperforming areas.
• Provide oversight for maintenance, projects and vendor activities supporting critical operations.
• Ensure staff are trained, and foster a safe work environment per safety policies.
• Ensure building systems comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
