Your Role in the Spotlight

As Facilities Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for maintenance across nine venues. You’ll work independently, manage a team, and pride yourself on completing work orders efficiently. You’ll evaluate regional needs and help develop a strong technician team.

Here’s what your role involves:

️ Own Your Schedule and Your Success
  • Manage daily work orders, projects, quarterly Preventive Maintenance (PM), and weekly property walks.
  • Proactively address issues to keep venues in pristine condition.
  • Complete tasks with the bride’s perfect day in mind!
Be the Go-To Facilities Guru
  • Serve as the point person for emergencies, handling urgent issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with vendors and technicians for smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership, providing updates and solutions.
️ Build + Lead the Future Team
  • Assess maintenance needs and plan for growth.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and training of maintenance technicians.
  • Inspire your team to uphold high standards of care and excellence.
Organize + Execute Maintenance Plans
  • Oversee daily work orders and quarterly PM tasks.
  • Conduct property walks to identify and resolve issues.
  • Maintain documentation of work, inventory, and compliance.
️ Projects + Excellence
  • Manage projects like landscaping, equipment upgrades, and energy efficiency improvements.
  • Maintain inventory and tools, ensuring everything is in top shape.
  • Collaborate with vendors for exceptional results.
️ Safety + Compliance
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Manage permits, water testing, and OSHA training.
  • Ensure safety protocols and PPE are used properly.
Pay + Perks
  • $27-$35/hr, with potential for higher pay with relevant certifications like EPA, HVAC, PMP, Electrical, or Plumbing.
  • Work independently and manage your own schedule.
