Responsibilities
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation.
  • Oversee facility operations, manage staff, coordinate office moves, and handle janitorial duties.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinate repairs and monitor system performance at various Stratacache properties in the Dayton, Ohio area.
  • Negotiate maintenance contracts and work orders with vendors.
  • Manage a team of technicians.
  • Conduct equipment audits and maintain records.
  • Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of facilities management experience.
  • HVAC certification is a plus.
  • Licensed electrician is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of facility control systems.
  • Ability to read and understand complex electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
