Job Summary

The Facilities Project Manager will provide management support through interim management at client sites, delivering high levels of customer service and program implementation. They will be proficient in SSC's facilities management program to provide leadership during various assignments and startups across the country.

This position requires 85% travel supporting accounts throughout the US. When not at a site, the Project Manager will work remotely from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement standard programs for custodial, grounds, and plant operations maintenance, following established guidelines.
• Take initiative in installing programs required to manage the assigned unit.
• Train account personnel in proper cleaning techniques, grounds and maintenance procedures, and safety procedures.
• Develop and implement QA programs, manage CMMS, prepare monthly reports, and conduct QBRs.
• Work with clients and staff to provide project status reports and ensure customer needs are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, controlling expenditures within limits.
• Report on project milestones and adjust schedules as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in custodial, maintenance, or grounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to define and implement change strategies.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a track record of managing multiple projects.
• Authorized to drive a company vehicle; motor vehicle record check required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe operation of company vehicles.
