Qualifications

• Proven experience in vendor and asset management within facilities maintenance or related environments.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, including auditing and verifying database accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate and manage work orders from initiation through completion.
• Skilled in scheduling, documentation, and report generation.
• Knowledge of business processes and applicable labor and employment laws.
• Competence using spreadsheets and word processing tools.
• Must comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance requests and process work orders from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate vendor dispatch and oversee service quality, pricing, and contractual compliance.
• Audit project files and asset management data.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with accounts teams and vendors.
• Provide administrative support through scheduling, reporting, and payroll documentation.
• Develop and implement process improvements using data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Support facility services involving vehicles, trailers, equipment, registrations, licensing, maintenance, repairs, and landscape hubs.
• Communicate with associates and stakeholders, support onboarding presentations, and provide compliance guidance.
