Qualifications

• Experience in vendor and asset management within facilities maintenance or related operations.
• Strong project management skills coordinating work orders from initiation through completion.
• Proficiency in data analysis to audit records, resolve invoice discrepancies, and generate reports.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and payroll processing accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with vendors, store managers, and internal teams.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to labor laws, safety, and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance requests by processing work orders from initiation through completion, ensuring accurate categorization and timely resolution.
• Coordinate vendor dispatch and oversee service quality, pricing, and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Audit project files and asset management data to maintain accuracy and support cost analysis.
• Process and resolve invoice discrepancies through collaboration with accounts teams and vendors.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, reporting, and payroll processing for maintenance personnel.
• Develop and implement process improvements by collaborating with stakeholders and monitoring operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and ethical standards in all maintenance activities.
