Walmart is seeking a Licensed Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee predictive and preventative maintenance across a regional footprint, lead a team of technicians, and collaborate with store managers and Facility Services leadership on facility needs.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, permits, inspections, and reporting analytics, with 50%+ regional travel; strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success and collaboration with vendors and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area. Or 5 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the region of 50% or more.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Facility Services Leadership on facility needs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Provide reporting and analytics on maintenance activities.
• Maintain up-to-date contractor licenses to stay in good standing with authorities.
• Participate in training programs to stay compliant with regulatory requirements and perform site inspections for quality.
• Obtain and schedule inspections and permits as required by codes.
