Role summary: The (USA) Coordinator, Facilities Maintenance plays a critical role in managing maintenance requests, coordinating vendor services, and ensuring timely resolution of facility and equipment issues. This position involves overseeing work orders from initiation to completion, auditing data accuracy, processing invoices, and supporting administrative functions. The coordinator collaborates with multiple stakeholders to develop scopes of work, monitor service quality, and implement process improvements. A strong focus on compliance, integrity, and effective communication supports operational excellence and contributes to maintaining safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities across stores and clubs.

About the team

The team leads process improvement initiatives for Upstream Facility Services, focusing on optimizing tools and equipment management. They oversee supplier relationships, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and collaboration with Field Operations, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Safety teams. Utilizing advanced analytics and AI, the team supports proactive decision-making, cost optimization, and process standardization. Their efforts ensure service quality, cost control, and sustainable improvements throughout the tools and equipment lifecycle, significantly contributing to the organization’s operational excellence and efficiency.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
