Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field OR 2 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or related area.
• Proven expertise in facility operations, safety standards, and hazardous materials guidelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work areas are secured, cleaned, and maintained per safety standards.
• Coordinate merchandise flow from trucks to Layout Center areas.
• Support buyers and suppliers during merchandise setup and review processes.
• Oversee associate schedules, performance, and training while maintaining confidentiality.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and compliance with SLAs and standards.
• Assist in budget management by validating expenditures and reviewing invoices.
• Provide guidance to improve facility operations and support business solutions.
