Job summary

Covenant Living of Colorado seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep facility buildings, grounds, and equipment in good repair, supporting resident and staff safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, inspecting systems, using tools, troubleshooting issues, and participating in on-call rotations. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with 1+ year’s experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Certifications in applicable field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance as directed by supervisor across trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Inspect facilities and systems to identify safety or repair needs.
• Use hand tools and power tools; maintain equipment for safe operation.
• Assist with on-call schedule and event setups as required.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
