Job summary

Christian Living Communities in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold building systems, perform repairs and complete work orders for residents and staff. You will work under the Building Operations lead and participate in on-call rotations.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience in electrical, plumbing and HVAC, familiarity with safety regulations, and a valid Colorado driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in building maintenance affecting electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling, painting and patching.
• HVAC knowledge preferred and familiarity with relevant tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of Life Safety, OSHA, MSDS and Healthcare regulations preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or similar software; PMworkx CMMS preferred.
• Must have a valid Colorado driver’s license in good standing.
• Excellent customer service skills and English literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, heating and cooling systems.
• Complete community work orders and ensure timely completion for staff and residents.
• Log and participate in monthly fire drills and ensure extinguishers are maintained and dated.
• Support Facilities Services Director in maintaining compliance and documentation for the maintenance function.
• Assist with snow removal, room renovation, and grounds maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
