Job summary

Covenant Living at Windsor Park in Carol Stream, IL is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining facility buildings, grounds and equipment to ensure resident safety and comfort.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks and operate various hand and power tools. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with certification in the applicable field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and applicable certifications required.
• 1+ year maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and perform routine repairs.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance
• Inspect facilities and systems for safety and repairs
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise
• Be available for on‑call schedule and assist with event setups
