Job summary

Covenant Living of Colorado is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform high-quality maintenance across the campus, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and environmental services. You will address routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and on-call emergencies to ensure smooth operation of the facilities.

Candidate should have at least five years of related maintenance experience, with certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred vocational training certificate or trade school.
• Healthcare maintenance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and related systems.
• Inspect, repair, and replace equipment and components as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents per guidelines and on-call rotations.
• Coordinate with supervisor to plan preventive maintenance across campus.
