Job summary

Covenant Retirement Communities & Covenant Care is seeking a maintenance professional to service facilities, grounds, and equipment, contributing to resident safety and comfort. Responsibilities include completing work orders, troubleshooting issues, and supporting on‑call coverage across campus.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of maintenance experience, with a focus on safety and teamwork in a community setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and applicable certifications required.
• 1+ years maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance as directed by supervisor.
• Inspect facilities and systems for safety and cleanliness and identify repairs.
• Use a variety of hand tools and small power tools; maintain tools and equipment.
• Assist with on‑call schedule and event setup/moves.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues and communicate needs.
