Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with applicable field certifications.
• 1+ year maintenance or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance as directed.
• Inspect facilities, systems and components for safety and cleanliness and identify repairs.
• Use hand and power tools and maintain equipment in safe condition.
• Assist with general labor, event setups, deliveries and moves.
• Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
