Job summary
Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled trades and general upkeep across campus buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will help ensure safety, reliability and comfort for residents and staff by completing work orders and routine preventive maintenance.
The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and 1+ year of maintenance experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and applicable certifications.
- 1+ years of maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned work requests and preventive maintenance as directed by supervisor.
- Inspect facilities, systems and components for safety, cleanliness and repairs.
- Perform interior and exterior painting and wall repairs as needed.
- Use hand tools and power tools; maintain equipment for safety.
- Assist with on-call shifts and on-site event setup/delivery/moves.
- Troubleshoot building and equipment issues as they arise.
