Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a maintenance technician to keep our facilities, grounds, and equipment in good repair across campuses. You will complete work orders, perform painting and repairs, and assist with safety and cleanliness to support residents and staff.

The role requires 1+ year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. On-call duties and a broad skill set across trades are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work requests and preventative maintenance work orders as directed by supervisor.
• Inspect facilities and systems for safety and needed repairs.
• Perform interior and exterior painting and wall repair.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools; maintain tools and equipment.
• Be available for on-call schedule and respond to issues as they arise.
