Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years in custodial and building maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years custodial and building maintenance experience.
• Skills in electrical, plumbing and carpentry are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled and skilled building maintenance and work orders, including cleaning and general repairs.
• Standby duty for building security systems, HVAC/R, and maintenance alerts may be required.
