Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Technical degree or apprenticeship preferred.
• Working knowledge of skilled trades and safety codes.
• Must obtain valid gaming license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and carry out maintenance projects with Facilities Management.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and related work.
• Operate and maintain hand/power tools and equipment.
• Respond to daily work orders and resolve issues promptly.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair property equipment.
• Install parts, appliances, machinery, or equipment.
• Conduct landscaping and groundskeeping tasks as needed.
• Maintain refrigeration, boiler and HVAC systems.
• Follow PPE and safety regulations; ensure proper storage of supplies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
