Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with demonstrated skill in two trades (Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Painting).
• Knowledge of safety and environmental rules and regulations.
• Ability to perform lifting up to 50 pounds and work in various positions.
• Training in safety/security requirements and use of PPE.

Responsibilities

• Performs work in at least two trades in maintenance and repair of buildings and fixtures.
• Maintains work order log and reports status to supervisor.
• Repairs plumbing fixtures, washers/dryers, HVAC, electrical systems, carpentry, painting.
