Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of general maintenance experience.
• Three years of maintenance work in painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
• Must possess a CDL with a class B endorsement if operating a vehicle with GVW of 26,000 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled by supervisor.
• Performs carpentry tasks for alteration, repair or maintenance of buildings or equipment.
• Paints interior and exterior areas, prepares surfaces and maintains painting tools.
• Makes electrical repairs and may install circuit breakers and wiring.
• May perform plumbing repairs and pipe/ fittings work; patch holes in parking areas.
• Operates a motor vehicle as required and maintains daily trip reports.
• Maintains safety standards and reports hazardous conditions.
