Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and basic repairs on buildings, grounds, fixtures, and equipment.
• Carry out plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, painting tasks as needed.
• Log work orders, report status, and coordinate with supervisor and contractors.
• Maintain safety practices and use PPE as required.
• Stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds; work indoors and outdoors.
