KWPMC Midwest is seeking a Maintenance position responsible for routine and preventive maintenance of building systems, both interior and exterior. The role requires coordinating repairs, maintaining service records, and ensuring safety standards are followed.

Work includes responding to emergencies, assisting with minor repairs across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and reporting issues to the Chief/Property Manager. Non-exempt hourly position, with rotating weekend hours.

Formación

• Two years of general maintenance/building trades experience required.
• Ability to respond to emergencies within 30 minutes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional trade certifications may be required at some locations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
• Schedule and coordinate vendor/contractor repairs for non-routine work.
• Maintain maintenance records and service due dates.
• Ensure safety practices and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in non-technical repairs across carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC as needed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and document actions.
