Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property's maintenance team and uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operations across common areas, buildings, and grounds.

The role emphasizes supervision, response to resident service requests, preventative maintenance, cost control, and accurate reporting using Entrata Yardi or OneSite software. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA/MSDS knowledge preferred.
• 2–3 years of apartment maintenance or related supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi, OneSite).
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certs and Certified Pool or Spa Operator certs as required by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and oversee Make Ready processes.
• Respond to work orders and perform repairs per safety standards.
• Inspect work and manage inventory within budget; coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and overall property appearance.
