Brookdale Midland is seeking a facilities maintenance supervisor to oversee building and grounds upkeep across a senior living community. You will supervise HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and routine repairs, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead maintenance staff, respond to resident requests, train team members, and coordinate with inspectors to uphold Brookdale standards. This role is based in Midland, TX and requires travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams and coordinating repairs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the general operating maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds.
• Responds to maintenance requests by residents for items needing repair.
• Supervises repairs and maintains vacated rooms in a timely manner.
• Ensures common areas are well maintained and safe.
• Assists in training maintenance staff and coordinates to maintain compliance.
