Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating with external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance procedures for ammonia refrigeration, HVAC, fire protection, and warehouse equipment.
• Monitor preventive maintenance logs and checklists; ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Schedule and oversee work of outside contractors as needed.
• Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies; inspect work for conformance to specs.
• Maintain sanitation programs and food safety compliance; uphold OSHA and HACCP standards.
• Plan staffing and budgets; participate in personnel recruitment and evaluations.
• Coordinate cross-department communications to maintain efficient workflows.
